Getting There

Hilton Frontenac- St. Louis - The ballroom entrance is on the south side of the hotel.

You can enter off Lindbergh or Clayton & there are various parking lots around the area.

Free Dress Frenzy

You can purchase up to 5 Free Dress Frenzy Passes per child. They will be sent home following the auction.

Sign-Up Parties

• Sign-up parties are fundraising events where hosts "donate" a party to the auction by handling
  the expenses while guests purchase a ticket to the event. You can buy as many as you want!

• There are adult and child parties, so be sure to purchase tickets for your child’s class parties!

• Some parties sell out very quickly, so be sure to browse now and act fast on those parties you wish to attend!

 

Silent Auction

• We have over 250 items starting at $25 value in the thousands!

• You will be able to preview all items beginning now, but they will go live on the 14th.

• You can click "Watch" to keep tabs on the items you are interested in.

• Every item has a ‘Buy it Now’ option so if there is something you must have, grab it quickly!
  The Silent Auction opens on Friday, November 14th at 10am!

• You can also set a ‘Max Bid’ on items.

 

The Night-Of

• Browse Silent Auction items in person and continue to bid on your phone until 8pm.

• You will know what you have won before the Live Auction Begins!

• Live Auction: 11 Amazing Items to bid on! Raise your paddle high!

• Fund-a-Need: This is your opportunity to make a direct donation to enhancing safety and the facilities.

• Check Out Opens at 9pm. All items must be paid for, but can be picked up that evening or in the auction room following the event.
